    FINALLY, Scioscia is going to step down at the end of the season. The Angels made the playoffs 6 times in his first 10 years, but ONLY once in his last 9 years. Google the word overrated...and yes, we have a match.
    Moreno should've let Scioscia go a few years, when Terry Francona & Joe Maddon were available. When Maddon was a coach with Angels, he knew he'd NEVER get a chance to manage with the round man there, so he moved on. Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda.
