    The fasting stuff kinda explains why we tend to eat shit while deprived from sleep. If by fasting we trick our barin into thinking that we're starving, we need to hunt and therefore sleep less, then it might also mean that we would tend to eat lesser quality food just to stay alive and avoid starvation. Makes sense? We eat shitty food because we need calories fast just to avoid starvation.

    I'm telling ya, ever since I started doing cardio in the morning immediately after waking up, followed by my work day and finishing with just 45min of weight training....I sleep so deep and have lucid, wonderful dreams. To those whom have issues getting to sleep, you need to physically exhaust your body to prepare it and make it crave the rest it needs.

    I am a heavy weed smoker and i was years without dreaming, well recently i got hit behind the head in practice pretty bad and stuff , and i never stopped smoking weed, if anything i smoked more, but i started to dream like a motherfucker, even if i sleep stoned.
