    I make this with cheese, herbs and sausage stuffed inside. Then slow cooked for 6 hours in my sauce.

    One, you need a little more sauce for sure, two, an hour cooking isn't enough and the temp should be lower. 3-4 hours in the oven at 275-300 or as they do with sunday sauce, in the pot with other meats for a long time...
