    Cook with salt then use the sous vi cooker. The steak will come out more juicy due to the initial sear of the salt.

    that's not rare that's raw,if it was kobe wagyu maybe,but american/chinese factory farmed is dangerous just like raw pork/chicken

    @3:47 yep that's raw. next time cut across the grain in 1/8th inch slices and sear with molten salt. serve with ice cream made from liquid nitrogen infusion topped with freeze dried straw berry powder and hashish powder.
