    How you use the file is wrong. You are only supposed to slide one the thing your filing in the direction of the blades of the file, so you don’t flatten the blades.

    Your art is incredible, a shame that it broke but I am reminding of the (Japanese maybe) heritage of taking broken pottery and inlaying gold in the cracks. There is still beauty in the broken and the healed.

    If you think glass is harp try flint I’ve cut four of my fingers with it while trying to start a fire
