We do a big breakfast on Christmas morning and the kids open up presents and of course we have cinnamon rolls. I'm saving this recipe!

my friend and i made this and if i’m being honest the cream cheese was too much for me. we had other people taste test it too, and they agreed that it tasted too sour. i’d recommend following the icing recipe but just leaving out the cream cheese

I make bread all the time, one of the best things you can do with sticky dough is to use a little oil. For this I would use a flavorless oil like grapeseed or vegetable oil. You wont need much to get through kneading the dough. A kneading method that works well with wet dough is to actually hold the dough and stretch it between your hands folding it in half when the dough gets stretched. Then when the dough starts to develop a silky texture then start kneading on the table top. You’ll still only need the 10 mins or so.

U guys should check out Joshua Weissman's recipe, some would definitely like it more than tasty's, just about whether you prefer buttery or not.

You know what I loved about the video? That she spent that extra time explaining how to make and work the dough. I'm a pretty decent novice cook but I SUCK at making dough! Can't even make decent doughnuts cuz of that. I always end up over-flouring because I don't know how sticky it should be. This was SO helpful. So thank you, thank you.
