Dana been full of shit forever. Couldn't make it as a fighter himself so decided to make money from fighting off of other ppl's fights. Tito is right. The fighters are what make the UFC but they get paid crumbs in comparison to what Dana makes off them. Anyone who's not a Dana dick rider (like the goof to the right of Dana in the video at the time), would see that.

Fighting is an odd business, really odd. I mean, you have fighters like Rory McDonald and Robbie Lawler who have probably been permanently damaged putting on a show. McDonald after UFC 184; there are no words for that. How much did he make? Then you have Connor McGregor; his promotion value is probably 50X that of McDonald--and not nearly the tough fighter, or style fighter. It's not fair, but the sport itself isn't fair. It's not like these guys have a union, which maybe they should.

I just don't trust Dana White. He sees the world in one way and expects everyone else to have the same view. He just seems shady to me. I also have a lot of respect for Tito to have the courage to speak the truth to power if that is the case or at least speak how he feels.

Dana White mentioned how all the other fighters are content with their contracts. I wish Tito said something like ( so because other fighters are ok with their contracts I am supposed to follow them? Am I supposed to shut down this internal part of me that says this isn't right?) That is how power gets away with immoral transactions. Oh the other guys are ok with it so I shouldn't speak up because I'll become a target. That is what power structures want. Listen to Vandele Silva's response it was a perfect example. His response was basically said to protect his career and relationship with the UFC but that was his true feelings on the matter. He didn't want to stir up any controversy on himself. He wants to be obedient to the hand that feeds him. However it is his hands that feed the UFC. It is the fighters they are the product and they do need to be respected.
