Gordon asked “how you want it”, she said “medium rare” and he took them all off. 3. In general Gordon use a lot of salt. If you eat too much salt, the extra water stored in your body raises your blood pressure. So, the more salt you eat, the higher your blood pressure. He adds anchovies to both kill the lamb taste but add more salt flavor. Anchovies is marinated in salt! Nothing to do with balance - it’s Gordon’s preference - salt, salt, salt. I feel sorry for his kids now. Canned tomatoes? He says, the secret is not to slice the meat too thin.... hmmm, I didn’t get why... I guess it is another of his preferences.4. Adding stock... what kind of stock... great no idea.5. Beautiful seasoned? 1 cup, 1 tsp, 1 kg, 1 ton? I go for 2 ton... that’s beautiful, no? The cooking video is not really for beginners, so when Gordon adds the spinach and he says its going to reduce in size I’m like... who is he talking to? His kids? He says further “very important nothing of the stuffings should come out”... and if it does, what then? While he was rolling the meat, some stuffing came out and that was ok, so what is it? Cook for 45-50 minutes.... at what temperature? Let me guess? The ingredient Lebanese sumac witch Gordon pronounced in two ways can be substituted by lemon or lemon pepper. Anyhow sounds strange Gordon recommended to get sumac from a supermarket but the meat string from a butcher. At the end he say stuffing meat is for special occasions... damn... I need to find a special occasion.So what is my conclusion... Gordon Ramsay is great in showing us mouthwashing dishes, but as a reference in how to cook is worth nothing. Strange that he is criticizing everyone else.
In a way I am fascinated by MR Ramsay, but at the same time he is irritating. He is by really a good showman and I have no answer to why I keep on looking at his show, but I guess it’s for wasting time. Mr. Ramsay have been according to him in the cooking business for 20-25 years and that considering not really a long time... but I guess he is just the person who yell the loudest and convince by his charisma that everyone else is wrong.I love to make food, experiment with cooking, but to be honest I haven’t used any of Ramsay recipes but then to use something else. Not that I don’t like watching Hell’s Kitchen etc. and enjoy the fun but his recipes is like, hmmm.
What is the definition of the words “nice” and the word “beautiful” when it comes to cooking? Mr. Ramsay is using this a lot explaining about his way of cooking - isn’t it an objective word that should be used by the 3 person or someone like god?
My mouth is watering. I will go and get some lamb right away and cook for my family. It will blow their minds and taste buds away.

I could imagine lamb pairing well with those Indian flavors like the cumin and the turmeric and the coriander and lemon grass and coconut milk and so on...maybe I would eat it then? I don't know a man lamb taste like dirty gym socks smell.
Do I suck if I hate lamb cuz I do. Love whitetail, beef obviously, bison, pheasant, duck, goat. Im a hog farmer so yeah that. Cant stand lamb though.
