  • Knife Making - Making Japanese Style Kwaiken Knife out of a soild piece of steel. The Kwaiken is made out of a piece of 3/8 thick 80crv2 high carbon steel that is 1 inch wide by 8 inches long. The kwaiken is an integral design meaning the handle and blade are all the same piece of metal. The Japanese style pocket knife has a full flat grind with a stain finish.

    My concern is the weight of the knife. That's a lot of steel, for a small knife. other then that the knife looks great. Also did anyone see all that dust on the sander? k
    Keep your tools clean and in tip top shape so they last that steel dust will burn out your bearings. Well nice job. Keep up the great work
