  • Food scientists and startups are trying to make meat more ethically appealing by growing it -- cell by cell -- in a lab instead of on a farm. Even some vegans support so-called "clean" meat. But can lab grown meat overcome the dreaded "yuck factor?"

Main thing is that its safe and tastes ok. texture and looks is something that will hopefully improve. I would certainly consider buying this stuff in future. would have no doubts if it means less factory bred and slaughtered animals.

I would definitely go for this rather than killing an innocent animal.

Not how does it taste, how much will it cost? it is extremely expensive to grow that much cells in the lab.

It's crazy how people jump to conclusions.
Don't they remember that the meat they eat is cloned animals?
I'm not a vegan, but I highly respect those who are, because they think about the murder and slaughter behind meat consumption. I'd much rather eat lab meat than any other kind of meat just for that alone.

Really, the best way, to get it right, is when humanity can clone things. :>

So this is real meat just not made by killing animals? If that was the case, then that means vegetarians are eating meat.

I see a market here. TOP SHELF meat or DESIGNER meat. Slap on the VERSACE logo and who cares if it cost $100k per pound. Hype Beast everywhere will give their souls and stand in lines for weeks just to get a sample
