  • My first time in Florence Italy and as soon as I got off the train from Venice, I had to find a restaurant that serves the traditional Florentine steak. This cut of steak is leaner than most other steaks I've had, especially the A5 wagyu in Japan.

I got the T bone which gave me two different cuts of steak meat and the tenderloin part was just mind blowingly delicious. The steak had a huge beef flavor and the tenderloin part of the steak was just the most tender steak ever.

Man, I love bisteca alla fiorentina. The best steak ever. The steaks in Florence are your standard traditional 3 finger size thick steaks. Really thick, succulent and juicy. And those are real man size big plates. I need hot sauce when eating steak. A little worcheshire sauce and A1 steak sauce on the side and I'm good. Better than Chris Ruth's or Morton's. You also have to have a good bottle oc red wine to wash down that red meat. However, I would rather have an affogato and a hot cappucino after.

O boy , you are a meat eater, we could shake hands .
one of my best steaks was in Guatemala he raised his own cows , butchered them , hang the meat , and grilled it .
    To die for .
By the way the table was shaking the Vulcan's were a bit active , ( close to lake Atitlan )

One thing I've note is that you are always comparing different dishes with what you eat in New York, like if New York was the center of the world, well, I'm sorry to dissapointing you but it isn't. All things you eat in that city comes from somewhere else, the only thing typical from there is... the hot dogs! Americans in general are "wanna be" like people in Europe.
