    The bare minimum temp to kill bacteria is 140º F. Nice try! In fact, in restaurants, we learn a rule to live by: “40 and 140.” Food needs to be held above 140 or below 40 to prevent bacterial growth.

    Why would you go for 55 celsius when 65 celsius definetly kills all bacteria, fungus and viruses?
